Airsight replacement Software
« on: August 06, 2013, 06:40:24 AM »
I looked at the Airsight software before x10.com shut down however it didn't allow one to use other manufactures cameras >:(
This is even more of a madding situation as it seems the new owner has discontinued handling them and may never pick them up.
I have a few Easyn outdoor cameras which are Identical to the outdoor Airsights
There is a multi camera software which is almost identical to the LiveSuitPack from X10 However it allows one to add other manufactures cameras.
Now many users use BlueIrus for their camera viewing and recording but if you use the X10 software/like it and are looking to expand with more cameras you may wish to look at the Easyn software :CentralManagement System as it also is free.  ;)

X10 turned me into a Software programmer.
A warning label should have been added ;)

After going threw several posts at cocoontec I found iSpy
This is as powerful if not more so then BlueIris however it is open source.
It also has a number of cool plug-ins like face recognition and licence plate detection.

The cool thing I found with this is it will also send a command line argument to another program like Pc Companion this will allow you to perform multiple tasks even send a X10 command. ;)
